We provide guidance, preparation and facilitation services for relocating to Paraguay — including assistance with residency applications, documentation, tax registration, banking introductions and settling-in support. We act as a consultant and facilitator. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide legal representation, and our services do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Decisions on residency, permits, citizenship and similar matters rest solely with the competent Paraguayan authorities. While we apply our best professional efforts and experience, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, approval or processing time. Timelines provided are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents.
- Respond promptly to our requests and meet appointment and submission deadlines.
- Comply with all applicable laws in Paraguay and your home country.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs or refusals caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information from you, or by changes in law or government practice.
4. Fees and payment
Our service fees are fixed and stated up front in your personalised quote. Government charges, notary, translation, legalisation and other third-party fees are billed at cost and are additional. 5. Cancellation and refunds

Our total liability arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to us for the matter giving rise to the claim.
